Dors Fine Art

My name is Doreen also known as  Dors to many. I ventured into the world of art in my 40's.  A self taught artist, I specialise in Graphite Pencil Drawings and  Coloured Pencil work but occassionally enjoy painting in watercolor paints and oil. I still want to get around to pastel work. There are not enough hours in a day for all the things I want to do.

I was born in the UK and emmigrated  to Australia when I was 21 yrs old. I have a daughter and a son both born in Australia.   They are adults now and enjoy their own lives. 

Nev and I would love to travel more. We have been to the USA (East Coast), Canada, Ireland, England, Singapore, Hong Kong.  I have also been to NewZealand.  Nev would like to see The Taj Mahal. and I would love to visit the Himalayas. We would also like to visit the USA (West Coast).  

Nev and I live in the Beautiful Hunter Valley. NSW. Australia. We love living near  the vineyards and the Beautiful  Hunter Valley Gardens.

 As soon as we build our new home we will have an addition to our family. An English Bull Terrier. Her name will be Jessie when she is good and Jessica when naughty.
